L'Opera Overview

Right upon entry, L’Opera Ristorante in Long Beach makes a grand statement. Established in 1990 in a historical clock tower building that originally hosted the First National Bank of Long Beach, the Italian eatery has made a name for itself as a pillar of contemporary and authentic Italian cuisine. Everything inside L’Opera is majestic, from the magnificent vaulted ceilings and jade marble columns to the extensive selection of spectacular wines. The restaurant offers several private dining spaces, each with unique features, perfect for your special event. The Aldo Luongo room, named after the mural displayed within, is a semi-private space with floor to ceiling windows and classic, original crown molding fixtures. Additionally, the wine cellar, with its hardwood floors and dark cherry wood cabinetry, is another semi-private space that provides a more intimate setting. For a completely private event space, La Scala is made charming by etched glass walls, travertine stone floors and a beautiful mahogany bar. The premier main dining room is also made available for large parties up to 200 guests.
