For the outdoor bride, a 30 x 60 ft outdoor stone patio, a farm field ceremony location, and a 12 x 45 ft open deck await, not to mention the stunning long-range mountain views in the distance. For those leaning towards an indoor wedding, a 20x30 indoor space event space and a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom farmhouse stand ready to accommodate all needs. Serene, natural, and secluded, Community Farm offers the very best in countryside charm for your big day while still being only 9 miles for Asheville NC. Weddings and events at the farm directly benefit the Southern Appalachian Highland Conservancy’s conservation and education programs. Venue notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $5,500 for a reception and ceremony and includes 11 and a half hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Elopements are available for under 20 guests at $650. Additional hours for set up can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit ranging from $750 to $1,000 is required, depending on guest count. Please inquire about ceremony only weddings. Couples can bring in their own caterer for an additional fee, or choose from our preferred vendor list.

All weddings include:
-Mountain views at your ceremony and reception site
-Access to the farmhouse, a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom with bar, gameroom, and 2 living rooms
-Use of indoor space and industrial kitchen for food prep
-Onsite planning visit prior to event, final walkthrough and one hour rehearsal
-Trash, recycling, composting
-Onsite event manager
