Rental Fees

There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events and rental fees are applied towards the food and beverage minimum. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony starts at $1,500 wtih reception and $3,500 for a ceremony only wedding based on availability of spaces. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
