Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 4:30PM. Events must end by 11:30pm.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $8,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee ranging from $450/hr to $2,400/hr depending on the reception space. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
