Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $800 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $12 per person per hour. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events - please reach out for more specific information.
