There’s a sprawling patio overlooking the sound, and you’ll be right next to the water as you exchange your vows. The patio is the perfect place for a fun and lighthearted cocktail hour as your guests enjoy the view, and you and your spouse sneak off to the pier to capture some photographs during golden hour, views of the Whitestone and Throgs Neck Bridges in the skyline.

Move into one of the banquet halls to continue the celebration, with sparkling chandeliers and glistening floors. They are elegant spaces and ideal for plenty of celebrating, eating, and dancing. Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a guest count minimum of 60 guests. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $20/person/hr.
