Avenir is the epitome of glam with its stunning crystal chandeliers, large mother of pearl dance floor, modern décor, and classic color scheme. With a name that means “future” in French, Avenir boasts a multitude of stylish spaces with an expansive ballroom including a domed ceiling, a bright and airy indoor terrace for cocktail hour, an enchanting outdoor ceremony space overlooking a lush wooded area, and an elegant indoor ceremony room. With two state-of-the-art electronic curtain systems, Avenir’s ballroom is a versatile space completely customizable for events of any size.

Our event minimum starts at $15,000, which includes the venue rental fee, ceremony fee, food, beverage, service, and tax, and varies based on season and day of the week. Please keep in mind that guest count and menu selections will affect the overall cost.

At this time, we are only booking weddings and larger scale events; including but not limited to mitzvahs, quinceañeras, etc., and cannot currently accommodate smaller events such as bridal showers and baby showers, along with micro-ceremonies or guest counts under 50.
