Venue Notes

The rental fee is $2,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is included with reception rental or $1,200 for a ceremony only wedding. A $500 deposit is required to secure date. Beer and wine only, don't need licensed bartender. Our base price for a smaller wedding (50 people or less) taking place in the yard around the home starts at $2,500. There is a $3.00 fee applied for every additional person after 50. This options includes engagement photo time, 3 hour rehearsal time the day before, and 14 hours (10AM- 12AM) for the wedding. For the use inside of our home we charge an additional $1,000.00, which gives you access to all of the downstairs and includes the woman's parlor, men's parlor, main entry hall, dining room and use of a small kitchen (limited space). Upstairs we have 2 changing rooms available for $350 for the pair. These areas are elegantly furnished with antique fine decor throughout the home matching the period. For reception parties only, we charge $1,200 for 5 hours. If more time is needed, a fee of $150 will be applied per hour. This includes chairs, tables, and the first floor for 60 guest or less. For rehearsal dinners, baby showers, etc., we charge $165 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
