Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to Saturday events during peak season. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,200. The wedding package featured on Wedding Spot includes choice of a 2-course or 3-course plated meal and 5 hours of unlimited premium open bar. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required.
