Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at noon. Events must end by 10:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $7,325 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Rentals for Sundays are 8 hours, weekdays are 3 hours. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bar service. Outdoor reception is covered. Please inquire about elopement packages during the week. Props for the wedding are included (ex. doors to walk through, lanterns, plants, wine barrels, etc.). Please inquire directly with venue about low cost Sunday wedding packages. If alcohol is being served couples will need to get security and additional fees will apply. For Saturday and Friday weddings a fireworks show is included.
