Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to Saturday events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000 and includes an extra hour of event time. The all-inclusive wedding package includes a choice of a buffet or 2-course plated meal, an unlimited open bar for 5 hours, wedding cake, and event coordinator to assist with your wedding day needs. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required.
