This year-round private 'road side adventure' lodge is nestled on an eleven acre historic gold mining claim, near Anchorage, Alaska. The lodge is backed up against the Chugach State Park and has stunning water and 360 degree mountain views. With a convenient 30-minute drive south from the Anchorage International Airport your guests will have the best of the big city of Anchorage and the wilderness of Alaska within a short drive!

Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 4:00AM.

Rental Fees

We understand the uniqueness of every event and strive to price each individually. So basically, for the ceremony, reception, and/or accommodations the rental fees are broken down into hourly rates, 24hr rates, or multi day packages. The hourly rate is $250 weekends | $200 week days | 24hr event rate is $2,500. Overnight sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests are available with additional fees. There is a maximum of 30 guests inside the lodge for events. Have a guest list over 30? Party Tents and Rent-A-Cans (restroom facilities) are required and are available with additional fees for up to 200 + guests.

The average wedding cost at Turnagain View Lodge is estimated at between $4,645 and $8,088 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
