Located on the shores of West Crystal Lake in downtown Lake Mary, Florida, this stunning venue features several gorgeous event spaces of varying capacities and styles. Its largest space, the Grand Ballroom, boasts high recessed ceilings, enormous floor-to-ceiling windows, and an elegant décor. Able to accommodate seated banquet-style dinners for up to 240 guests, this luxurious room is the perfect place to host an elaborate wedding reception. For your ceremony, the Events Center offers two spectacular venue options. Its picturesque Lakeside Ceremony Site, which includes the Event Lawn, trellis areas, and fountain patio, provides an unrivaled natural backdrop for romantic outdoor ceremonies, while the glass-enclosed Rotunda offers breathtaking views and elegant ambience in a beautiful indoor setting. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 4:00PM. Events must end by 1:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $850 to $3,500 for a reception and/or ceremony and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire with the venue for more details. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Monday-Thursday rentals include 7 hours of event time. Thursday rentals start at $1,250.
