Located in the heart of historic downtown San Jose, this 1924 landmark is no ordinary event center. As your guests walk up the broad granite steps, past the enormous urns and soaring columns, they’ll be impressed by the stately elegance of its neoclassic design. Once inside the Corinthian Grand Ballroom, its majestic features create the perfect atmosphere for your celebration. Our 50-foot ceilings have massive wooden beams and is inset with alternating panes of blue glass and intricately detailed panels of gold leaf grillwork. Six extraordinary wrought iron and glass lanterns hang from the ceiling like giant luminous earrings, while five 30-foot palm trees embedded with twinkle lights add sparkle. At the end of our room is a stage with a carved stone proscenium and framing red velvet curtains, where you and your beloved will say your vows. At the other end is a carved granite balcony, where you’ll share your first dance as a married couple. Banquettes along the sides of the room make cozy seating areas along with a raised section that is ideal for your head table. The hardwood dance floor is permanently ensconced in front of our stage where you and your loved ones will dance the night away!

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,500 for a reception and ceremony and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The wedding package includes the 3-course plated meal, wedding cake, and 4.5 hours of unlimited house brand open bar. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $1,000 to $3,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $5,000 is required.
