Time Restrictions

Set up time can start up to 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by midnight. Inquire for additional set up time. A $150 per hour fee may apply for any events that go past midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee starts at $102.95 per person for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $400 to $750, depending on space used. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire. Please inquire about additional ceremony costs for guest counts above 150. Please inquire for parties of less than 50.
