The rental fee is $35/hour for a reception and ceremony and includes 1 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $35hr. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Resident discounts may apply, please inquire within. Security fees will also apply if alcohol is present.
