While the Observation Level is transformed from ceremony to reception, host a cocktail hour in the Bowie Room. For more intimate affairs, use the Crockett Room for up to 75 guests. Each room features warm, neutral tones, low-key lighting, rich carpeting and amazing views of San Antonio. The Private Dining Manager is happy to assist you with all the details of your wedding planning. Together you and the private dining manager will choose a tailored menu for your celebration that adds a unique touch to local flavors. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 2:00PM or 3 hours prior to start of event. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events ranging from $1,000 to $7,500. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $10 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr.
