Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM. Events start between 3:30-5:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1,600 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $125. A refundable security deposit of $350 is required.
