Nestled into a slate hillside overlooking scenic Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes region, Heron Hill Winery is a premier venue for an outdoor wedding & ceremony. Our personalized service complemented by a vineyard backdrop allows you to create a wine country wedding reflecting your unique style. The winery was named as one of the ten most spectacular tasting rooms in the world by Travel + Leisure! A special Heron Hill Winery wedding begins with a memorable outdoor ceremony held on a professionally landscaped lawn that overlooks Keuka Lake. Guests will seat themselves alongside the processional aisle, waiting for the wedding party to gather at a cedar arbor that makes an elegant backdrop for the ceremony. After the Heron Hill Winery ceremony concludes, couples and guests will enjoy a reception in the Genesis Event Tent, also overlooking the winery's vineyards and Keuka Lake. The tent comfortably accommodates up to 170 guests. Included in the tent rental is as follows: Heron Hill support personnel, full access to our Tasting Hall & Gift Shop until 8pm, round tables, white fan backed chairs, tent heaters, tent sides, 20’ x 20’ dance floor, handcrafted oak bar, stage (optional) and use of our elegant conference room.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior to event. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,750 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $800. Customized full service wine, beer, and spirits packages are exclusively available through Heron Hill Winery. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.
