Rental Fees

The rental fee is $8,000 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $5,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $800/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Indoor reception includes use of outdoor space.
