Time Restrictions

Set up time can start two to three hours before the ceremony start time. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $2,100 to $2,500. The all-inclusive wedding package featured on Wedding Spot is the Sophisticated wedding package which includes a 4-course plated meal, wine service with dinner, and one hour of a premium hosted bar. A non-refundable security deposit of 30% of the applicable food and beverage minimum is required. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $650/hr.
