Time Restrictions

Set up time can start an hour and a half before the ceremony start time. Events end by midnight or a later time can be arranged for an additional fee.


Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The rental fee is waived if the food and beverage minimum is met. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $2,500 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit is required. Please inquire with the venue for full buyout pricing details.
