Historic Taylor Barn is unique limestone barn built in 1879. The farm has been owned by the Taylors since 1947 and is currently a working farm owned by Debi & Charles Taylor. Historic Taylor Barn has been hosting private weddings and events since 2007. They stand for great service and helpful recommendations from start to finish and provide a stress-free wedding experience. Their mission is to bring your wedding dreams to life with their one-of-a-kind rustic and historic venue. Historic Taylor Barn was designed by an Italian architect. The structure is a “banked barn,” meaning that the bottom floor was accessible on only one or two sides. The original farm house (built in 1887) burned to the ground in 1903, but was rebuilt by Eben Baldwin in 1905. Charlie and Debi have restored the home and are working to restore the barn to its original beauty. Hand-hewn timbers of walnut, hickory, and sycamore are as good as new and structurally, the barn is in extraordinary condition. Celebrate love in this rustic, charming and memorable location.
