The restaurant was designed to have zero separation between guests and the kitchen. Actually, the entire restaurant is a kitchen so whatever goes on in a kitchen (bright lights, no sound deafening panels) goes on in the entire restaurant. Inspired by Brazilian churrascaria-style dining and Chinese dim sum, the owner and restaurateur Kevin, combined the two for a decidedly fun and delicious result. Dishes are presented on rolling carts and trays to diners at their tables where they can then choose what to order. The restaurant is a wonderful complement to courthouse ceremonies or small ceremonies held at a nearby park or local place of worship.
