Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM for outdoor weddings and midnight for indoor weddings.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. There is a $35 per guest fee for ceremony and reception weddings. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The wedding package featured on Wedding Spot includes passed hors d'oeuvres, 3-course plated meal, and four hour beer and wine open bar. Other beverage packages are available upon request. All wedding packages are completely customizable and adding or removing services will alter the price. Please inquire with the venue's wedding coordinator for other package options available. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of an approximate 25% of the total estimated wedding cost is required.
