Originally constructed in 1922, this historic factory/warehouse has been transformed into a stunning event venue. Featuring exposed brick walls, sliding metal doors, hardwood floors, 20-foot ceilings with a sawtooth roof, and wall-to-wall windows that provide a breathtaking view of the downtown skyline, this one-of-a-kind venue is a truly exceptional place to celebrate your special day. It's spectacular second-floor Grand Hall can accommodate large parties with up to 650 guests, while it's first-floor reception area can seat up to 350 people. If you are planning a smaller event, both spaces can be arranged for a more intimate feel. The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $6,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time, which includes 6 hours of setup time, and 6 hours of actual event time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $300-$500 depending on which side of the venue you rent. Additional event hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
