Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM for outdoor and 11:00PM for indoor weddings.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $4,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Living Room for a ceremony only wedding is $1,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit is 25% of the estimated cost of the wedding is required.
