JuneBug Asheville is a unique wedding venue located in Weaverville, North Carolina. This vintage-style resort offers your guests a chance to step back in time, featuring restored 1950's campers, a vintage working farm truck and a historic tractor. Situated just 12 minutes north of downtown Asheville in a private valley, this one-of-a-kind property boasts 50 pristine acres, an organic farm and two ceremony sites. Walnut Cove can host up to 180 guests and includes the rental of 10 vintage campers. Choose the more inclusive Treehouse site if you are looking for a micro wedding for up to 22 guests. Facilities and Capacity Ceremonies can be held outdoors underneath a beautiful arbor built by one of the grooms for his own wedding. For receptions, JuneBug provides a double peak, high top and spacious tension tent featuring beautiful lighting and a dance floor. Guests who want to explore can enjoy unique farm features such as two large fire pits and a vintage playground with a merry-go-round, dome, slide and swing set. A 900-square-foot Brazilian walnut deck serves as the perfect spot for your cocktail hour or as additional space. Services Offered JuneBug offers venue rental for weddings and other social events. Choose from several all-inclusive rental packages and enjoy the option to bring in your own outside vendors to personalize your event. Their enthusiastic event staff will be on-site for your event, ensuring it runs smoothly. A tent camping area is also available for additional overnight guests. 2022 Events on Friday or Saturday $13,500 Venue Rental: $11,500 Camper Rental: $2,000 (guests can be billed directly) This package includes the exclusive use of the Walnut Cove event area for 24 hours and the following rentals: •10 restored vintage campers for wedding guests lodging •60 x 60 double peek high top tension tent •lighting for event tent and catering tent •dance floor •tables and chairs for up 180 guests •wedding arbor •20 x 20 catering tent •parking for 100 cars •1949 8N Tractor for photos •vintage playground including merry-go-round, dome, slide and swing set •2 large fire pits with wood provided •staff members to help with parking •tent camping area for additional overnight guests •900 square foot Brazilian walnut cocktail deck adjacent to event tent •20 x 60 tent for deck area in case of rain •ADA compliant bathroom trailer with 3 stalls for wedding area complete with AC, flush toilets and sinks. 2022 Events on Sunday through Thursday $10,500 Venue Rental: $8,500 Camper Rental: $2,000 (guests can be billed directly) This package also includes everything listed above. Rental fee includes overnight accommodations for up to 32 guests. Hard liquor requires a license. A designated bartender is required. In case of inclement weather, tents can be used for outdoor spaces. Treehouse Micro Wedding for up to 22 Guests Friday or Saturday $8,400 Sunday through Thursday $7,700 Event Time: 5 pm to 10 pm This package includes the exclusive use of our Treehouse for 5 hours and the following rentals: • Seating for 22 Guests on first level of 2 story treehouse (25 ft off of ground) • Tables, chairs, glassware, flatware and silverware • Ground level cocktail area with walnut tables • Canvas canopy over wedding area for inclement weather • Flowers for event (bride bouquet, boutonniere, arbor decoration, table flowers) • Catering (choice of Low Country Boil or BBQ) • Wedding cake • Outdoor speaker system • Natural vine chandelier for ceremony/reception area • Hanging cafe lights • Staff during event • Parking near treehouse for 10 vehicles • Fire pit for after ceremony and reception • Bathroom DOES NOT INCLUDE: Alcohol, officiant or photographer
