    The rental fee for a reception that accommodates up to 150 guests is $500 and includes a 4 hour event time frame, plus we give you one hour for set up and one hour for clean up -- that's a total of 6 hours! Additional hours can purchased at a rate of $75.00 for each additional hour . A non-refundable security deposit is required.
