For the private indoor lounge, which can seat 40, there is a rental fee of $25.00 per hour and a one time $20.00 fee for event set up and tear down. There are no food and beverage minimum orders for this private room rental. For the outdoor patio, which can seat 50, there is only a food and beverage minimum order requirement. Monday through Thursday is a $600.00 food/beverage minimum requirement Friday through Sunday is a $750.00 food/beverage minimum requirement For the outdoor gazebo only, which can seat 22, there is only a food and beverage minimum.
