Built in 1880 as a private estate, The Riviera Mansion resides in the historic estate district of Santa Barbara's lower Riviera. Your guests will be greeted by the grandiose iconic mansion doors upon arrival. Exuding historic simplicity, the Dining Room boasts ornate chandeliers, a grand fireplace and beautiful artwork throughout. The mansion is filled with lavish rooms, each with its own splendor. The library is full of sophistication with a fireplace, more stunning chandeliers, rich woodwork and wall-to-wall books. Overlooking the gorgeous Alice Keck Park, the Park Lawn features the backdrop of the mansion fa├žade. This lush, secluded space outdoors is ideal for a wedding ceremony or cocktail reception. Combining beautiful decor, an abundance of class, and majestic ambiance, The Riviera Mansion is a special venue that will leave your guests breathless.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start times on Saturdays and Sundays. Early morning can be arranged. Mondays through Thursdays set up can begin at 2:30PM. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 for ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time. The fee to rent the Foyer for a ceremony only wedding is $750 for up to 75 guests. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Inquire with venue wedding coordinator as menu packages vary with guest count. Starting menu prices are based on 100 guests.
