At the historic Treme Market Branch, you can find the perfect blend of history, romance, and New Orleans' culture. Newly renovated and reopened in September 2016, this site has held a lot of significance in the community since its establishment in the 1930 as a bank. From the outside, Treme Market Branch resembles a bank that has been preserved from decades ago, but the interior of the venue tells a different story. With a sizable main gallery, this open space can be used for any event. The perfectly imperfect white walls surrounding the grand room promote a timeless atmosphere that is elegant and rustic at the same time. A grand chandelier hangs from the ceiling, inviting you and your guests to dance the night away. Bride and groom dressing spaces on the mezzanine level allow space for you and your spouse to prepare for the night ahead. The venues top-tier event and banquet staff are prepared to meet your every need. After the celebration, your guests can immerse themselves in New Orleans Culture; being just footsteps away from the Historic French Quarter & Bourbon Street. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 3:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
