Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $2,000 for a reception, depending on the size of the wedding and venue availability, and offers 5 hours of event time, not including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events, which also varies depending on size of group. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony only is $750 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit is required.
