The rental fee ranges from $3,900 to $4,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There are revenue minimums applied to all events depending upon event date and time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 and $1,000 catering deposit is required. All-inclusive packages range from $85.75 to $119.55 per person and vary depending on menus. The wedding package featured on Wedding Spot is the Citrus wedding package which starts at $85.75 per person and includes passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner. Onsite floral services are available and optional for a fee. For a full liquor bar, it is an additional fee of $3 per person.Amenities And Requirements
