Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,250 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding starts at $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. There is a 150 guest count minimum for Saturday events. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
