Owl's Hoot Barn Overview

The space features a historic 1800’s dutch barn and a complex of smaller barns, which have retained their rich heritage to provide a unique atmosphere for your wedding event. The surrounding lands are filled with beautiful wildflowers and a winding creek lined with willow trees. Imagine an elegant ceremony surrounded by those you love most. Afterwards, pose for your first photos as a married couple around the gorgeous property. Inside, the barn can host up to 180 for dancing and dining. The attached pavilion offers a great cocktail hour space, ceremony site as a rain plan, and more. Imagine a charming ambiance as your reception will be filled with unique touches truly special to you and your spouse. Dine and dance the night away. The rental fee is $14,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire directly with the venue. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. Rental fee includes access to the venue and overnight accommodations from Wednesday-Sunday. Weddings can be held Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and overnight accommodation dates can be adjusted. An indoor ceremony space is available in the case of inclement weather. Please note a NY state special events permit is required to self-serve alcohol or inquire directly with the venue about a licensed bartender. No live bands allowed.Amenities And Requirements
