The Zhou B Art Center is one of the top event venues in the City of Chicago. Set up time can start 3 hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 1:00AM.
The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $4,000 depending on the date and the spaces used. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. All space rentals include 3 hours of set-up time, 6 hours of event time and 1 hour of teardown. Venue rental rates do not include catering costs.
