Owned since 1955 by the Blue Grass Trust for Historic Preservation, Hopemont and its grounds are able to be rented for a variety of events, including weddings, receptions, and business meetings. Built in 1814, Hopemont includes early-19th century interior and furnishings, an intimate garden, historic grounds, and a private parking lot. The house also has a catering kitchen, updated restroom facilities, an accessibility entrance, as well as a bridal room.
