Standard Rates

Security Deposit (refundable): $300 Saturday (10-hour continuous rental period): $2,200.00
Friday or Sunday (10-hour continuous rental period): $1,500.00
Monday-Thursday (five-hour minimum): $100.00/hour

Optional Add-on Fees
Security fee (required if alcohol is served)*: $130.00
Additional weekend hours: $80.00/hour
Majors House portrait session: $100.00/hour
Majors House museum tours: $75.00/hour

*We will provide the security officer, who will be present for the last three hours of your event if alcohol is served. In addition, all alcohol must be served by a bartender licensed in the State of Missouri.
