    The rental fee is $50/hour for a reception and includes 1 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $50/hour with reception rental or $50/hour for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr. There is a $75 additional cleaning fee. Please note this venue is not available until July 2017.
