Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 4:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $400 to $1,700 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $700 with reception rental or $700 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. Please note the venue is only able to hold ceremony only weddings between Monday-Thursday. There is a $400 service fee applied to all events.
