Its design evokes a modern summer seaside pavilion, with elegant spaces that flow seamlessly from indoors to out, creating a welcoming oasis in which to linger and lounge. With views of the water lapping up against the shore and the boats bobbing in the harbor, Maritime Parc is a slice of heaven on the Hudson. Maritime Parc provides diverse options for different styles of weddings in The Sky Room and The Aviary and their accompanying wraparound outdoor area! The view from all angles will offer a picturesque backdrop that will live on in memories—and photographs—for years to come. Each venue’s wraparound terrace invites guests to enjoy the fresh air and sensational scenery. Inside, wall-to-wall windows allow sunlight to flood the rooms by day, replaced by a dramatic fiery orange hue of the sunset at night. Once dark, the windows are the ultimate vantage point from which to watch the lights of Manhattan twinkle beyond the Hudson.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 3:00PM or 2 hours prior to event. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $25 per person.

The average wedding cost at Maritime Parc is estimated at between $37,440 and $65,454 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
