The York Manor Overview

The York Manor is a newly renovated historical landmark in Highland Park, Los Angeles. The entire building has been completely renovated with modern conveniences while keeping historical lighting, fixtures, and design details intact. The gorgeous facility is used for production rentals as well as events. The building's stunning design and flexible space makes it a one-of-a-kind venue perfect for your wedding day! The uniqueness of the building and property allows you to conveniently host all the elements of your special day on site, with fast turn around from ceremony to cocktail hour to a seated dinner reception. From the moment your guests walk through the Scarlet red front door, they will be whisked away to a world of your creation. The manor's Main Room is a blank canvas that can be transformed to reflect your wedding theme and colors. The main features a high ceiling, large windows, hanging white gold lanterns, wood floors, and white walls and drapes, which all lend a light and airy feel to the space. The stage is perfectly elevated allowing your ceremony, band, or DJ's to stand out. The Backyard is ideal for a magical outdoor ceremony or an alfresco cocktail hour. You could even opt to host a sophisticated dinner reception beneath the twinkling market lights. The possibilities are endless. Venue Notes

The rental fee is $10,500 for a Saturday event and includes 12 hours of event time which includes set up, event, and clean up and breakdown. You get full access to the front yard, main room, backyard, bridal and groom suite, and kitchen. Please email me directly to inquire. Patrick@meadowhlp.com

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music end time outside is 10 PM- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
