Ceremony fees start at $2000. Rental fees for reception locations range from $2,500 to $6,000 depending on the location selected. The rental includes one hour for the ceremony and 5 hours of event time for the reception, excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee starting at $500/hr. Food and beverage minimums range from $4,000 to $18,000 depending on the location selected. Amenities included vary on the rental space. - Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Animals allowed on property with permission- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by midnight- No balloons- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- The bartender fee is waived if bar tab exceeds $500- Venue approved outside caterers allow for ethnic foods the venue cannot prepare such as Kosher, Indian and Chinese menus- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
