Rental Fees

The venues only months for weddings are July through September, November and December. The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 for a reception (depending on total guest count). For Receptions, an additional fee of $20 per person is required after 200 guests. The rental includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony starts at $1,000 (depending on total guest count). An additional fee of $10/per person is required after 50 guests. Please inquire with the venue directly for the food and beverage minimum that applies to your event. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee starting at $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of 100% of the site rental fee is required. Amenities included vary on the rental space. Please inquire directly with the venue for exact details. The bartender fee will be waived if bar tab exceeds $500.
