Set up times vary depending on if you events is on a live racing day or not. Non-race seasons have more availability and flexible set up and tear down times. Non-race months currently at July, August, September, November and December. Please inquire directly with the venue for exact dates.

Rental Fees

Ceremony fees start at $2000. Rental fees for reception locations range from $2,500 to $6,000 depending on the location selected. The rental includes one hour for the ceremony and 5 hours of event time for the reception, excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee starting at $500/hr. Food and beverage minimums range from $4,000 to $18,000 depending on the location selected.
