Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 1 day prior to event. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $5,500 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and due 90 days prior to event.
