The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 for a ceremony and reception. This rental fee includes 8 hours of event time, tables and chairs set up for up to 150 guests, with indoor or outdoor ceremony space available. A cleaning and security deposit of $500 is required; $250 is refundable.
