Venue Notes

Rental Fee: $3,800 + plus tax Access to the property from 12:00 PM the day prior to the event until 12:00 PM the day after the event so that decorations, tents and other items may be delivered, setup, and taken down Attendant available at all times, venue coordination Parking for DJ/Band, caterers, and additional vendors Access to the guest cottage. The perfect place for the Bride and her attendants to get ready! Tables: 5’ round tables (seat 8-10 eacch) Chairs: White Resin padded chairs Rectangular Tables: 6’ in length Trash Cans and liners provided Power Distribution for lighting, band/DJ, and caterers Music must be turned off by 10 PM You may provide your own: Catering / Food service, including clean-up. Alcohol (a banquet license must be purchased for every event). We strongly encourage your guests to have designated drivers Floral/Décor DJ/Band Entertainment Floral/décor Wedding coordinator You are required to provide: Event insurance policy. Insurance is available through WedSafe. A Banquet permit must be purchased for every event. Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 10:00 PM. We strongly encourage your guests to have designated drivers.
