Jasper Winery Overview

Located just minutes from downtown Des Moines, Jasper Winery is an estate-style winery facility in the heart of the metro area. They specialize in premium quality wines using grapes sourced from vineyards throughout central Iowa. The winery first operated in a renovated warehouse building near downtown Newton. This was a perfect location for the small winery, and over the next several years, it became apparent that the winery operation had outgrown its location and needed to expand. Therefore, they located a property near Grays Lake and began construction on the new winery building in fall 2007. The Des Moines winery opened in 2008. Jasper Winery offers a truly unique and stylish venue for your upcoming wedding event. The Main Event Room can accommodate up to 150 people, and is available for weddings and receptions. The outdoor party tent may be rented May through October to increase the size of your event. The elegant venue is sophisticated and stylish, offering the perfect setting for your celebration.
