Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,250 and includes white ceremony chairs, set up and breakdown and preparation of the grounds. The average plate cost at Makray Memorial Golf Club starts at $72. Please inquire about menu customization as well as rehearsal dinners in the Oak Terrace Grille restaurant for a more casual atmosphere and excellent American cuisine.
